Package Cancellation Policy

1. Treatment packages are purchased with the intention that all treatments included in the package will be utilised by the client.
2. Should a client wish to cancel a treatment package after purchase, Human Performance Lab reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee, taking into account:
   • The value of treatments already rendered;
   • Any applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
   • Any treatments already received will be charged at the standard individual treatment rates applicable at the time of cancellation, and such amounts will be deducted from any value remaining on the package.
   • Any remaining balance, after deduction of treatments already rendered and any reasonable cancellation fee, may be issued as a credit voucher at the discretion of Human Performance Lab.
3. Credit vouchers:
   • May be used towards any treatment, service, consultation, recovery session, or retail product offered by Human Performance Lab.
   • Are not redeemable for cash;
   • Are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by management; and
   • Must be utilised within 12 months from the date of issue.
4. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
5. By purchasing a treatment package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
