HUMAN PERFORMANCE LAB

CRYOTHERAPY

Cold exposure designed to support recovery, reduce perceived soreness, and leave you feeling reset, sharp, and recharged.

Cold. Controlled. Purposeful.

Cryotherapy is a short, controlled exposure to extremely cold temperatures. Many clients use it as part of a recovery and performance routine—especially after training, high stress, travel, or busy weeks—because it feels like a full system reset.

At Human Performance Lab, we keep the experience calm, elevated, and guided—so you feel safe, informed, and supported throughout.

Note: Results vary. Cryotherapy is not a medical treatment for disease and is not a substitute for medical care.
